Perhaps it's just the fact that due to my upbringing I'm a sucker for the huge sound of a church pipe organ, but your Essential Listening for today, the last day of April 2008, is Search the City's 'Son of a Gun,' found for your convenience over here. One of the few among the current Tooth & Nail Records crop that I'm actually digging.
