So sweetdisaster enforcer DJ Omnifik and myself were poking around Norml Clothing yesterday and in the giveaway/promotions rack I found the last copy of a spring 2005 sampler from the folks at Vagrant Records - and I have one question: where the blazes have Alkaline Trio been all my life?? One song. One is all it took to convince me that I now need to own their entire back catalogue. Ringing endorsement there.
Secondly: Derek Webb's third solo album Mockingbird was released Boxing Day, and not coincidentally, his website has been retooled. Included are all kinds of new features - including a music player for you chintzes too cheap to buy the album.
