Know what band I've never heard in my life? Fall Out Boy. I know they're from Chicago, I know they were on Fueled By Ramen Records for a while, and I remember reading that they'd signed with Island(Sum 41 et al), but I didn't know they were a straight-up pop-punk band a la New Found Glory until I read this here. Now I'm thinking since I love New Found Glory s'danged much, I should maybe hear this Fall Out Boy the masses speak so fondly of. Hmm.
Just thought I'd share with all of you that of the four hugely high-profile shows coming to Ottawa this summer/fall - the Stones, Pearl Jam, Green Day and U2 - I'm going to the last two. Woohoo! Now to get some Pearl Jam tickets....
