There's this band Kids In The Way from Indiana; they're on Flicker Records, put out a decent record a couple years ago and have made a success of themselves with touring and such since. Their new record is called Apparitions In Melody, and I listened to some of it last night and realized that I liked them more than I thought I did before. So check out a new e-card they've got up for your enjoyment. Big things could happen for these guys, given the right alignment of events. [IVM]
Emery are working on The Question currently; it's the followup to The Weak's End(2003), which was a decent record, if a little derivative. The new album comes out August 2nd, by which time the band will more than half done their summer on the Warped Tour(smartpunk stage).
Another Smashing Pumpkins tribute album is coming out later this year, called Shot Full of Diamonds, featuring The Evan Anthem covering 'Crestfallen'. The CD will be out July 5th.
