So, this just in: The Fully Down have cemented their place as Ottawa's band that's Most Likely To Explode In 2005 with their video rel1ease party tonight at Zaphod's; I was a little worried that they'd be blown off their own stage after London's Shotgun Rules destroyed it with their screamo attack. We were duly impressed. sweetdisaster supporter Numero Uno Heidi E.'s in town for the weekend, and together she and yours truly represented like never before.
Preceding tonight's extravaganza, last night in Kingston Is Grace Enough, Parlormaid and Hartsfield played Clark's Hall Pub at Queen's U, and it was a solid show. Props to Chris at rockcrew for putting it together.
