Some shows coming up in Ottawa that have just been confirmed here at the big ol' sweetdisaster HQ:
- The Fully Down's video-release party(for the song 'Love It All') is Saturday night at Zaphod's, along with Shotgun Message and Crush Buildings. 9pm, eight bucks, 19+(sorry).
- Before that, tomorrow night in Kingston(that's Friday, January 14th), Is Grace Enough are invading with Hartsfield and Parlormaid, who I remember seeing here in Ottawa years ago when they lived here. Great band. That's at Clark Hall Pub at Queen's U., all-ages, 9pm, five bucks. Worth the gas.
- The Second Glance are opening up for Quebec stars Projet Orange at Carleton U.'s Oliver's Pub on January 22nd. It's a free show, all-ages, eight pm. And it means Oliver's is reopened after some unpleasantness around Christmas time, so bring the noise.
- Alexisonfire guitarist Dallas Green is doing a solo show at Maverick's January 26th with Sleeper Set Sail(great band), Raising the Fawn and Scheme opening. All-ages/licensed, 7pm, twelve bucks. Word.
- I just found this out the other day: February 5th The Dillinger Escape Plan are coming back, this time with Toronto's The End opening. It will be so loud I won't be able to handle it at all, but after missing Dillinger three times, this one is IT. Four days before my birthday, too! Whee!

Finis.
